Girl group BLACKPINK unveiled the photoshoot that hints on the concept for their new single album for upcoming comeback.

On October 28 at 10AM, YG Entertainment released 15 photos that display diverse charms of BLACKPINK, on the company’s official blog. The new photos display a new feel totally different from the teaser posters of BLACKPINK’s second single “SQUARE TWO” which were released a few days earlier.

The new photoshoot displays diverse charms of BLACKPINK’s members: JENNIE, JISOO, ROSÉ, and LISA. They present a new style of innocent and pretty 20-year-old young women, as well as another style of attractive and fascinating girls. As these are a new style tried by BLACKPINK for the first time, fans’ anticipation for BLACKPINK’s new single is growing high.

BLACKPINK was presented as innocent and pure high-school girls in the photography for debut single “SQUARE ONE” released in August. In contrast, the photography of BLACKPINK’s new single shows BLACKPINK’s matured beauty, which also means that BLACKPINK’s music has a totally new style as well. Thus, people are showing big interest in how BLACKPINK will fascinate music fans again with their new quality music.

The double title tracks of BLACKPINK’s new single are “PLAYING WITH FIRE” and “STAY”. The two songs are known to be of new styles and genres, which will well-reveal BLACKPINK’s unique character and talent.

BLACKPINK drew big attention not only in Korea but also overseas upon their debut. Notably, the music videos of BLACKPINK’s debut songs “WHISTLE” and “BOOMBAYAH” set a record of surpassing total 100 million views on YouTube, within 80 day of release.

Music fans are paying keen attention to what new appeal BLACKPINK will present with the new single to take the music scene by the storm once again, after their incredibly successful debut.
