The Korean Business Research Institute revealed their November brand reputation rankings for girl groups. Their findings are based on 45,919,354 pieces of data collected from October 10 to November 11. The data measures various indexes including participation (brands the celebrity has participated in/product consumption), media (media marketing worth), communication (ability to communicate with public) , and community (community’s perception of them/social marketing worth) to determine their brand reputation.
TWICE comes in first place with a combined brand reputation score of 9,525,645. Second place goes to BLACKPINK who got 7,080,459 while third place goes to I.O.I with 7,066,227 respectively.
Taking a closer look at the analysis, BLACKPINK got 2,687,800 points for Participation Index and 244,431 points for Media Index. The girls topped the Communication Index category among the other girl groups with 3,639,457 and had 508,771 points for Community Perception Index with a total Brand Reputation Index of 7,080,459.
It can be noted that BLACKPINK has consistently been placing first or second since their entry on the reputation ranking list for girl groups.
