The Korean Business Research Institute revealed their December brand reputation rankings for girl groups. Their findings are based on 36,856,702 pieces of data collected from November 8 to December 9. The data measures various indexes including participation (brands the celebrity has participated in/product consumption), media (media marketing worth), communication (ability to communicate with public) , and community (community’s perception of them/social marketing worth) to determine their brand reputation.
TWICE comes in first place with a combined brand reputation score of 7,807,847. Second place goes to Mamamoo with 3,743,429 total index points while third place goes to BLACKPINK brand index score of 3,730,107.
Taking a closer look at the analysis, BLACKPINK got 435,300 points for Participation Index and 323,631 points for Media Index. The girls is Top2 on the Communication Index category among the other girl groups with 2,465,662 and had 505,514 points for Community Perception Index with a total Brand Reputation Index of 3,730,107, a decrease of 47.32% from last month’s girl group brand reputation index of 7,080,459.
