The Korean Business Research Institute revealed their November brand reputation rankings for singers. Their findings are based on 86,156,392 pieces of data collected from June 20 to July 21 of 2017. The data measures various indexes including participation (brands the celebrity has participated in/product consumption), media (media marketing worth), communication (ability to communicate with public) , and community (community’s perception of them/social marketing worth) to determine their brand reputation.
EXO comes in first place with a combined brand reputation score of 6,874,855. Second place goes to Red Velvet while third place goes to TWICE. BLACKPINK placed sixth with a brand index score of 5,753,980.
Taking a closer look at the analysis, BLACKPINK has 1,841,389 points on the Participation Index category while getting 1,128,985 points for Media Index. For the Communication Index category the group got 680,200 points and 2,103,406 points for Community Perception Index with a total Brand Reputation Index of 5,753,980.
It’s can also be deduced from the list above that BLACKPINK hasn’t fallen off the Top 10 of the previous months’ survey since April. The girls were at #4 on the April analysis and #8 during June’s.
