The Korean Business Research Institute revealed their November brand reputation rankings for singers. Their findings are based on 130,541,250 pieces of data collected from November 22 to December 23 of 2017. The data measures various indexes including participation (brands the celebrity has participated in/product consumption), media (media marketing worth), communication (ability to communicate with public) , and community (community’s perception of them/social marketing worth) to determine their brand reputation.
Wanna One comes in first place with a combined brand reputation score of 13,141,487. Second place goes to BTS while third place goes to EXO. BLACKPINK placed eleventh overall and 6th among female artists with a brand index score of 3,629,977.
Taking a closer look at the analysis, BLACKPINK has 219,146 points on the Participation Index category while getting 927,437 points for Media Index. For the Communication Index category the group got 1,516,592 points and 966,801 points for Community Perception Index with a total Brand Reputation Index of 3,629,977.
In the past surveys, BLACKPINK placed #10 on the August 2017 ranking and #7 on the October 2017 ranking.
